SQM Research is an independent property advisory and forecasting research house which specialises in providing accurate property related advice, research and data to financial institutions, property developers and real estate investors.
It is founded and run by the Country's leading and most recognised property analyst, Louis Christopher.
For six years Louis was Head of Research and then General Manger of Australian Property Monitors (APM) before leaving the firm to start SQM Research.
Louis is also Head of Property with Australia's Respected Ratings Organisation, Adviser Edge (www.adviseredge.com.au)

Louis holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment with the Securities Institute of Australia as well as a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and Economics with Griffith University.
Louis’s experience with property started at a very young age of just six years old when his grandfather introduced him to the world of property investing. During his younger years, Louis witnessed both the highs and lows of the property world.
Importantly, Louis has gone through the lows of property investing, which include experiencing, first hand some of the unethical, and underhanded trading methods still used by some in the real estate industry today.
